Our philosophy
Governance systems are not the responsibility of politicians, but rather of the public administrator. The systems of Governance, essentially, are not formed on politicians, but on public administration.
Hence, weak systems or strong systems are the efforts of public administrators; which either are usurped or utilized by politicians.
The role a public administrator plays in governance is almost as the role of the engine oil in a car as well as the steering wheel. The driver can control the car only if there is a steering. A new car with an old engine oil is as good as the oil. And a car without a steering, though new, makes no journey. The public Administrator is that oil and the steering wheel.
